Order Processing

We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your shipment is created, so you can track your delivery all the way to your door.

 

Shipping Times

We ship all orders from Providence, RI. Shipments within the United States will take anywhere from 2-5 days to reach their destination. Shipments to Canada typically take 7-10 days. Overseas international shipments can take 14-21 days, depending on the local delivery service in your country.

 

Shipping Costs
While all carrier costs have increased since the start of Covid-19, we have done our best to keep shipping accessible. There is an unavoidable heft to cast iron, and so, depending on the items you purchase, your shipping costs may total anywhere from $20-$40, higher in some cases, depending on delivery destination. We ship with FedEx, and your rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to your order confirmation.

 

Missing packages
We do our best to get your order out in a timely manner with reliable results. Your tracking information will be sent to you the moment that your shipping label is generated, with information about which carrier it will come through.

Once an order leaves our door, it is in the shipment carrier's hands, and their responsibility. If the carrier has made a successful delivery, your tracking information will show "Delivered." We cannot be held responsible for package theft or delivery to the wrong location (as your shipping label is created directly from information you provide during the checkout process).

We primarily ship with FedEx, unless otherwise indicated. If you have issues with a shipment, please reach out to their claims department, and let us know what the problem is (and that you've started a claim) by emailing us at: [email protected].


Return Policy

We have a 30-Day return policy. This means that new, unopened cookware may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
